Why a blog about fashion and mommyhood?

I need something to help me feel creative and in touch with my creative side. I am not sure if this will be a fashion blog as much as it will be a homage to personal style on a budget. Clothing is wearable art. I love Anthropologie so very much because it is curated as if you are walking through an exhibit dedicated to the senses. The store smells beautifully, is beautifully lit; it allows me to escape the pressures of a mortgage payment, mommyhood, (for a short while). I really need a channel to create and share my thoughts on fashion and allow creative expression. Let me also say, I am a middle class chick all the way. I am more inspired by the person who takes $50 and creates an outfit that they love than someone who takes $5,000. I don't have $5,000 to throw away. Part of the art(for me) is the ability to find the great deal and have the vision. So that is why I am here.. blogger, Fashion Lover, Recessionista Chick.. mom and very proud La Mommynista.
